How to File a DMCA Complaint
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, your complaint must contain all of the following:

- Phone number
- Physical mailing address
2 — Description of the Copyrighted Work
- Clearly identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- Describe the material in enough detail for our team to fully understand your claim
3 — Location of the Alleged Infringing Material
- Provide the precise location or description of where the material appears on our service
- Include all relevant identifying details such as URLs, content titles, or descriptions
4 — Required Legal Statements
- A statement that you hold a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement confirming that all information provided in your notice is accurate
- A declaration made under penalty of perjury, where applicable in your jurisdiction
- Your physical or electronic signature
DMCA Review Process
Upon receiving your notice, we review it as promptly as possible and take the appropriate action where the complaint is found to be valid.
- Submit Notice — Send your DMCA complaint with all required information to our designated email address.
- We Review — Our team carefully examines the notice for completeness and validity.
- Action Taken — Valid complaints are fully investigated and resolved within 24 hours.
Response Time Commitment: All DMCA requests are processed within 24 hours of being received. Where a complaint is valid, appropriate action is taken promptly and in full accordance with applicable copyright law.
False Claims Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for all resulting damages, including legal fees and associated costs.
